In the Monster Options Training (MOT) Series, each workout is a Digital Download that will be available for you immediately. Each workout has detailed instructions on setup and execution and offers two options for each exercise allowing you to use the ZMF techniques in a commercial gym or at home with dumbbells and a Barbell. The workouts have muscle growth as the goal and use advanced techniques developed and explained by David Ziegler. Each workout will supply a clear attack for stimulating muscle growth and providing new techniques and information that will be useful for your future training plans.
