The weekend was good! I didn't train at all happy to say. No cardio either! I took two days off and ate like crazy. So much that today I don't feel as hungry as I should.. Doesn't matter. I'll eat anyway! lol I need to grow!
Monday is Chest day.. All over the world men are in gyms bench pressing weights in an effort to build up the their chests. I join them! I was training by myself today. It was cold and I was dressed up like crazy. I had long underwear on and at one point I feared I would sweat out my headphones.. Hat came off, weights went back up. Felt great! I actually like the long underwear in the gym.. The extra heat helps the pump.. It's kinda nice lol
Crushed Chest and I felt great. It started a little slow.. I did take two days off. When the switch went on, I crushed it.
Tomorrow I have Back and I feel primed. I want to attack that workout!
