Today is one of my favorite days.. It is for most of us. Shoulder and Arms are fun to train! The pump on them is ridiculous. I love to get my shoulders huge and then attack my arms. First I think it should be done this way because it's the safest way to approach your split. Second, you should look like a machine!
For most of the workout I was crushing shoulders. That is a body part that I want to grow and my arms have decent size already. I hit shoulders from all the angels.. Tomorrow I have Legs, might as well lat it on thick. Lateral raises, Anterior Raises, Over Head Presses, Machine Presses, I was out of control! It was so much fun, at the end of my workout I was felling amazing!
