Today I trained Back and some Biceps. I gave it everything I had and used weights from light to heavy. Squeezed hard as I could at times, and went for a couple reps at others. The only problem was.. I was beat. I went for it, but I was beat. Yesterday I had such an awesome Chest workout that I am still feeling it today. My shoulders are worn out, my nervous system is run down, I feel sluggish and not very hungry..
I am going to take tomorrow off.
