The biggest supplement I think you can take, and the one with the most importance in your "stack" is proteins; powders, pills, gel, whatever! This is the building blocks for muscles and if you want to have any chance at building some big arms you will need proteins. When looking at everything remember proteins are made up of amino acids, 20 of them in total make up one gram of protein. There are a few of them that are more important when it comes to muscles than others..The biggest deal there are just 3 that you should know and understand.
These few amino acids are responsible for muscular energy, protein synthesis stimulation, keeping a positive nitrogen balance and making sure to keep all the things a bodybuilders wants to happen inside his muscles happening. Those aminos acids are Leucine, Valine, and Iso-Leucine - the BCAA's you probably hear so much about. I use BCAA powder and pills all the time and consider them a must for my goals. I eat protein throughout the day, and I eat BCAAs throughout the day to keep amino acid levels high and easily available; suspended in my blood so that I can have the raw materials needed to grow my muscles. When they need food to grow, it's our job to have their back!

Exterior Design: The container is awesome and has tons of information about the product and the company. Even a little history lesson. Just not a detailed quantity ingredient list and in today's markets that's something that is pretty much required. 6/10
Smell: Smells like grape. 8/10
Mixing Ability: Dissolves in water, for a BCAA drink it's really awesome. 9/10
Drinking Ability: Easy to drink, does make you a little thirsty because of how present and rich all the flavors are, in a intense workout this can become a cotton mouth nightmare. 6/10
Flavor Grape Juiced: Super great flavor. Universal did their homework and came up with a very delicious grape .. or Purple drank. Tastes awesome. 9/10
Living with UNIVERSAL JUICED AMINOS - GRAPE JUICED: For how much I personally like to do things there is not enough BCAA's in this to keep me fueled and too much bi-product to worry about if I were to start slamming servings. 4/10
