The second time I woke up I was feeling way better. Rested and ready to start pushing in the food. Had a few meals and worked on a few projects. Also couldn't forget my creatine, sugar, fiber, sodium cocktail.. Need to put that in at least two hours before I train.
The weather outside is very wet. Because of the weather I pushed going to the gym back until the evening, this way I could ride in the automobile. With Legs on my list for tomorrow, today is just reps, and a pump day. I hit Triceps and Lateral Delts, lots of reps - few sets over 100 reps. Made sure to hit different exercises and went a little heavy just because, but not really for me. Really just a fun pretend rest day - before crushing legs!
I did achieve my pump!!
