Legs is on the list. So was rain for someone else.. It was drizzling when I left to head for Lance's place. On the bike I get wet.. Obviously, but I layer it enough and pack dry stuff. The only real bad part is the helmet. You want to have the visor down, but you can't because there is no windshield wiper.. Sure you could try your hand, but that never works. The rain is too consistent and you glove smudges and makes things worse. Visibility is tough, rain hits your eyes.. Just all around a tough experience. Lucky for me when I arrived and parked in the garage. The real heavy stuff started coming down.
Once I arrived I un-layered and was ready for the gym. I think a big thing I would benefit from is real rain gear. I was dry, but my clothes wet. Mostly my shins of my jeans as you could imagine. Rain pants would eliminate that problem and I could probably layer less.. I need to be more prepared!
Lance and I hit Legs hard! Had a crazy pump. I have been loving my MEGETRON intra workout with BCAA PRO5000... My veins go insane!
