I had to work fast and to be truthful - today would have been a good day to skip my carido. Only because the gym closes at noon, so me finishing up cardio around 830AM or so does not leave me much time. I put down as many calories that I thought I could without the potential of throwing up later and headed off to work.. Today is Leg Day!
Spent a lot of time on the Leg Press tosya. Worked up high, somewhere around a thousand.. Made sure to take things slow, hold my static at the bottom of the negative, and drive back to the top.. I was shaking at the end of everything. It was great! Moved on to single lef extensions, single leg curls, focused on squeezing. Taking my time and doing the activity right.
I took the bike for a good little ride before having my dinner.. Happy Thanksgiving !
