For Lateral Delts I stuck to Dumbbell Raises... I also did some reverse flies on the Pec Dek for rear delts.. But just a couple...

We crushed Back and Biceps for awhile. Starting with rowes. T-Bar rowes and bent over Smith Machine rowes. Using a bunch of sets pyramiding up and back down again. Focusing on the movement and the static squeeze at the top.. But also stressing ourselves with heavy ass weights at times. I have been digging Lat - Pulldowns and I was feeling it just as much
