On the list today is back! I used SAN Fierce Domination again today and went in around 4:30 PM or so to train. The gym was full but as I got into my workout the gym was clearing out. Amanda hung with me and trained alongside for Back day. I am taking my time and doing things right. The only thing left to do is nail down my food and it's all over! The rest of my day was spent eating and relaxing. I have a big day tomorrow and a lot to get done. First though is Triceps, Anterior, and Lateral Delts. Then some chores that will take a long time.. I might not get on here until late or early tomorrow.. Hopefully it does not run that long.
