Started the workout with warming up, moving my shoulders and getting blood everywhere.. Warming up is a huge deal, I want to chase the pump forever.. Not just for awhile or today. Once I felt ready I moved onto the Tricep extension. A few easy sets in the high reps and then it was full blown workout time. Heavy Lateral Raises, Over Head Skull Crushers, Single Arm DBell Extension, tons of Push Downs - and just a couple things for Biceps, mostly hammer curls.
Really you could say that Thursday turned into a Triceps day with some Lateral movements, and some Bicep work.. It was awesome though! My intensity was through the roof and I called it quits at an appropriate time. I could stay in the gym all day, once the pump is strong all I want to do is train and keep that feeling going. With my calories where they are for the enxt couple months.. I just need to get the work done and get back to the kitchen.. The Off Season will be my time to have fun again.
Felt good all day and I was in bed early. Slept like a rock.. It I can keep sleeping soundly through this prep, that would be a first.
