The second time I woke up I was feeling much better. My neck had loosened up and I was anxious to train Legs! When I got moving around and looked at my phone D had texted me twenty minutes ago. He said he was off work and just needed to get ready at home. I told him I had been napping.. This made him want to take a nap. I told him that would be cool, to take his time. I needed to eat and get hydrated before doing any Leg exercises.
After a few hours I began to text D.. It was time to go train. A good hour and a half is a nap... This man was going to be out for the night, I could feel it. I began my gym prep, and headed for the gym with Amanda. She is equipped with the Nikon and is documenting the workout.. I was also sure to update D with my movements via text so he could meet up at anytime.
When I arrived at the gym I had still not heard from D. It is against the rules to have a cell phone on the floor, so I would no longer be checking for a reply. I would be training Legs BABY! D needed to sleep anyhow, he works long days everyday.
I did half a Leg day - I was feeling rough and my food was lower than I wanted. I was pumped to have a relief from the neck DOMS. My body just wasn't itself today for training Legs. I got the work done and hit my angles. The exercises I did do were done properly and hit hard. Towards the end D showed up ready to go. I was excited to see him, but I was done when it came to training. We are setup to train for the week and I am ready for that!
