After I was full and ready, it was time to head in to the gym and start my workout. I took one scoop of Fierce Domination before training and during the workout I was sipping on SAN Megatron. I didn't go crazy with MEGATRON today, just about 1/3 of a scoop mixed in with my BCAA PRO5000 - even just a little.. Good stuff.
During my first set I was feeling a little sluggish.. But Andrew showed up and wanted to train chest with me! I was ready for that! He brought the workout to life and we were smashing the weights like old training partners. We crushed chest so hard that once I was home and resting my chest started to cramp up.. Similar to how my legs get after a big workout.. But with some chest action... Awesome!
