We both took LAUNCH before training and the energy was simply amazing. We warmed up fast and the pump started to come on. We hit Hamstrings first. Crushing them like never before. I went crazy heavy on the single standing leg curl and even on stiff leg deadlifts; we were going heavy and keeping it tight! Before moving onto quads we hammered the abductor and adductor machine, hitting reps over 250! You know how that machine is.. You need to be repping like crazy!
That leg day was just out of control awesome. Every workout has to be like that. That much intensity, that much work, that much of a pump!
Tomorrow I have plan to train Delts and Triceps in the AM with D.. Hope it comes together. Those workouts are always great.
