I sip on SAN BCAA PRO5000 for the first half of the cardio. My loop is about 4 miles or so, and it makes fasted cardio much easier. It keeps me confident I am not losing muscle, and it tastes delicious... More so when I am hungry.
One of the big differences is when I arrive home. Instead of putting in my super clean food.. I start to slam carbs and proteins... Fats and more carbs!! I am crushing everything in sight!
