A few hours later I was in the gym. Today is a fun day. I am training arms and shoulders with a little more help from SAN! Fierce Domination is go-to pre workout.. I love that stuff.
I started the workout with shoulders.. They are main focus this off-season. I want to have big, round, strong shoulders. I have been using tons of presses and heavy lateral movements. Most times I save posterior delts for back day. But every now and then, I throw some in on shoulder day as well.
I must be training hard, because when I get home I am out for the night. I eat my meals, do a little work, hit the pillow, and sleep for hours. Can't complain, this is fun stuff.
