Woke up and started putting the food in. My first move is always a Titanium Whey protein shake, and what I call a glass of pool water.. It is 15 grams creatine, 50 grams sugar, pinch of salt, and sometimes a little mio artificial sweetener.. It's nasty, most times warm, but it fills my muscles up and gets the creatine going to the right places for later. Walking out the door I forgot my shaker bottle. I didn't think too much of it, as I have a normal water bottle. Took my LAUNCH and was at the gym twenty minutes later. Sipping on water I left out the MEGATRON and BCAA PRO5000 today and just went for it.
Feeling my Legs and a beat up nervous system I kept things simple at first. Started real light, felt the muscles, felt the weight.. Got in contact with my body, and just listened to it talk as I repped away. Sometimes repping into the 100's. I started with Lateral Delts, working my way into some heavy raises, transitioning into Triceps. Keeping Triceps my focus point for about an hour. Towards the end I brought back shoulder movements and supersetted most things until I could no longer move my arms. Mission Successful.
Closed out the gym, went home.. 7 More meals to go and I need a nap.
