Instead of my second Chest day, I trained Legs. I want to back off cardio, hit legs now, and maybe pump up chest and back tomorrow-- Get ready to walk on and go pose.
I had a great Leg day considering.. I thought maybe I would be a tired, but I felt good. Went hard and had a fantastic pump shining though.. Made me feel good about the weekend.
I have a lot to do in the next few days.. But I will be updating Instagram often and I hope to be on everything the most I can.. Time to see how things are coming along!
