Today I crushed it. My morning went well, the food was where it should be. Cardio went well, and I was very rested before the workout after cardio I took a long nap. I used up the last of my Fierce Domination before heading out for the eights.. Half way there it was kicking in and I wanted to crush it!
Tomorrow I have Back.. Excited for it. Rain is on the way so chances are I will train later in the evening when I have access to the car.
