Put in my LAUNCH and headed for the gym. Today is a beautiful day and the bike is running like a champion! I just ordered some new pipes and plan on re-jetting, cleaning, and rebuilding the carbs in the next few weeks.. My Yellow Bumble Bee is going to be ready for the nice days!
Once I arrived at the gym I put a half serving of MEGATRON in my shaker; with some BCAA PRO5000 and started warming up. Moving the knees, some sissy squats, leg extensions, and easy lunges. Having the knees ready I moved over to the Hack Squat and took my time working up to about 600 pounds for a few reps.
Fluctuated my weights up and down for reps and power.. Crushed Quads, nailed down Hams, and finished strong with Calves.. Today was a good day in the gym!
Tomorrow I will be hitting Biceps and some little stuff, move on to Chest after that, and the furthest day away from Legs will be Back!
