Awhile after cardio and putting in some protein I headed to the gym. It is time to hit some Chest and Biceps. I was beat! I could feel it. Everything was sluggish and it was hard to get into the workout. Early diet blues. It's easy to find a pump when you are full or burgers and french fries!
I powered through the workout. It went well. I was pumped and it was time to go home. I need to put in some food and get to sleep. Tomorrow I have a leg day and I need the intensity to be higher than it was today..
