Something new I am trying is to load creatine and sodium a few hours before training. The new research is suggesting by allowing this creatine saturation to take place, then the caffeine from my pre-workout will give me a muscular boost in energy, performance, and recovery!
This morning I forgot to eat a little extra sodium with my sugar and creatine, but I will keep this new creatine approach going.. Tomorrow I will not forget the sodium!

I came in a little beat and tired.. But Megatron, and some warm up sets later I was right back in my groove.
.. Still working on the new routine, but I have it done for the most part..So that is what I am testing out for this week.
