TRICEPS and Lateral Delts
Amanda got home early and I was at the gym a few hours after waking. I took one scoop of SAN LAUNCH to really help me kick start the training session. After a semi fast warm up I was smashing the weighs. Crushing lateral delts and triceps in a super-set style. I went hard for an hour getting a solid pump, and then.. Legs caught up with me. Beyond beat and time to rest.
I have word that some of the parts for my bike won't be in for a week or more. I am going to go tonight and pick her up. When the rest of the stuff comes in I will just instal them myself.. Easy stuff. Atleast I will be able to get around again. It has been really tough getting any work done and meeting with clients.
