I did my normal pre-workout routine.. LAUNCH 20 minutes or so before my first working set. 1/2 to 2/3 scoop MEGATRON mixed with BCAA PRO5000 for the first half of my workout. BCAA PRO5000 for the second half and 10 min post. The difference for today and yesterday.. I had D yelling at me to go harder.
We crushed chest so friggin hard. It was awesome. Exercise after exercise with great intensity. Our form was awesome, a few hours of no nonsense work ethic. We started with some flye movements on the cable crossover, moved onto underhand presses, incline dumbbell presses, flat bench presses, decline work.. We hit it all. Maximum intensity, and the reward was an awesome pump. At the end of the workout I couldn't even flex my chest anymore. It was totally fried.
After hitting chest we brushed on some triceps. Not smashing them just a touch with a quick few moves. Overhead EZ Curl French Presses, Rope extensions, and some Skulls.. Hit it hard. Not enough to be considered anything crazy... But we definitely did it right.
These workouts have drained me so much I have been able to do nothing but sleep. I am always crashing after meals and I can feel the pain deep in my muscles. I am also able to flex harder and bring my muscles back to life faster.. This is awesome news for progress.
Tuesday April 14 is blended with chest day.. Just recovering from that awesome chest and legs workout.. It's a process.
